I was suffering from extreme back pain for many years as a result of bad posture, sport accidents, and a long daily commute. At my first appointment, Dr. Truong did a very thorough evaluation. He relaxed my muscles by putting hot packs on my back, then he adjusted me from head to toe, then we did some physical therapy. He even taught me many exercises and stretches that I could do at home. After my first visit, I left feeling taller and lighter. I saw Dr. Truong weekly for 2 months, and I no longer have back pain. Now I see him 1-2 times a month just as maintenance.
